RETURN POLICY

At Skandr, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made kits. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

Before sending anything back to us, please:

  • Call or email us to check if your item qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange.

  • If a refund is offered, it will always be processed using the original payment method.

Manufacturing Faults

If your item has a manufacturing fault, we will usually remake it free of charge according to the original specifications.

  • If you request design or specification changes (such as different sizing or colours), these changes will be treated as a new custom order and may incur an additional cost.

  • We may ask for clear proof of the fault (such as photos) or request that you send the faulty item back before we confirm the replacement, refund, or exchange.

You have 28 days from receiving your item to report any faults.

Items That Do Not Qualify for Return

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items unless there is a confirmed fault.

  • Items purchased in the wrong size are not considered faulty unless the sizing issue was due to an error on our part.

  • Please make sure to check all sizing information carefully using our provided size charts before placing your order.
