We specialise in designing and producing fully customised kits for schools, clubs, teams, and organisations.

2. Custom Orders & Product Information

• All products sold by Skandr are custom-made to each client’s confirmed specifications.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information regarding designs, sizes, colours, and other customisation details is correct before confirming the order.

• Once the design is approved and full payment is received, production begins. No changes or cancellations can be made after this point.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full before production starts.

• We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during the ordering process.

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid for and confirmed.

4. Delivery

• We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

• Orders are delivered approximately 2–3 weeks after the final design is approved and payment is completed.

• While we strive to meet delivery times, Skandr is not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• No returns or refunds are accepted for custom items unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault.

• If an item has a manufacturing fault:

  • You must contact us within 28 days of receiving the item.

  • We may ask for photographic proof or require the faulty item to be sent back to us.

  • Faulty items will usually be remade to the original specification free of charge.

  • If changes are requested (such as different sizing or design adjustments), this will incur additional charges.

• Items ordered in the wrong size are not considered faulty unless the error was on our part. Please use our size charts carefully before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on skandr.co.uk, including logos, product designs, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Skandr.

• Custom kit designs created specifically for a client become the property of the client once full payment is received.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or share any part of our website content without written permission.

7. Liability

• Skandr’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on our website, although we strive to keep all content up to date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
